ARE YOUR PRODUCTS TESTED ON ANIMALS?

No. We provide 100% vegan and cruelty free products. We do not conduct any animal testing on finished goods internally, nor do we conduct any animal testing on finished products either via our suppliers or via a third-party facility.

HOW DO I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

In an effort to ship out your products efficiently, we begin processing orders from the moment your order is placed up to 24 hours after it is placed. Unfortunately, once orders are submitted, they cannot be canceled.

HOW CAN I FIND THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

Find the status of an order in three steps. 1. Log into your account. 2. Click 'My Orders' on your account page. 3. Select the particular order for status info.

WHERE CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

We will email you a shipment notification along with a tracking number as soon as your package ships. 

I SUBMITTED THE WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS. CAN I CHANGE IT?

If you happen to submit an incorrect shipping address, please email us within 1 hour after placing your order at support@ioccosmetics.com. Include the following: Your name, order number and an updated full shipping address. Once your order is shipped, the address can not be adjusted.

WHEN CAN I GET ITEMS THAT ARE OUT OF STOCK?

We try our best to replenish our inventory as quickly as possible. Sign up for back in stock notifications to be the first to know when items are back in stock and look out for any pre-order offers.

MY ORDER SAYS DELIVERED BUT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Once orders are shipped, they are no longer in the hands of IOC Cosmetics. Please contact the shipping carrier to locate your package.

MY BILLING ADDRESS IS DIFFERENT FROM MY SHIPPING ADDRESS. WILL MY ORDER STILL SHIP?

In an effort to reduce fraudulent transactions, IOC Cosmetics will only ship to addresses associated with the debit/credit card used for payment.

What is FRVR Blend Pro?

FRVR Blend Pro is our subscription program that delivers fresh Blending Grippacks automatically on a set schedule. Subscribers receive exclusive member pricing with recurring deliveries, so you never have to remember to restock.

How often will I receive my order?

5-Pack: Delivered every 60 days

Can I choose how many packs I receive?

Yes. You can select the quantity of packs at checkout.

For example, subscribing to two 5-Packs means you’ll receive two packs every 60 days at the subscriber rate.

Do I save money with a subscription?

Yes. FRVR Blend Pro members receive subscriber-only pricing:

    •    Savings apply while your subscription is active.

Does the subscriber pricing expire?

No. Subscriber pricing remains active for as long as your subscription is active.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes. You may cancel your subscription at any time after your first order has been processed. Cancellation will stop future deliveries and charges.

Can I skip or pause a delivery?

At this time, subscriptions cannot be skipped or paused. If you no longer wish to receive future deliveries, you may cancel your subscription before your next billing date.

What happens if my payment fails?

If a payment does not go through, we will retry for up to 7 days. Once payment is successful, your order will process as normal. If payment is not updated within 7 days, the subscription may be canceled.

When will my order ship?

Orders ship once payment has been successfully processed. You will receive tracking information when your order is on the way.

Is shipping free with my subscription?

Yes— subscriptions always ship free.

Can I update my shipping address or payment method?

Yes. You can update your billing and shipping information through your account before your next renewal date.
